These Terms and Conditions outline how participants, volunteers, and supporters engage with FIDA’s programs, services, and website in accordance with our values of inclusion, respect, and transparency. By using or participating in any of FIDA’s offerings, you agree to these terms.
1. User Agreement
The Football Integration Development Association (FIDA) is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all members of the community. By accessing or participating in FIDA programs or using our website, you agree to act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other policies or guidelines that FIDA may publish.
You must not use FIDA’s website or services for any unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory purpose, or in any way that may disrupt or harm others. FIDA reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to its services where misuse or breaches occur.
2. Participation Terms
Participation in FIDA’s programs and events requires adherence to the principles of inclusion, respect, and fair play.
All players, coaches, volunteers, and partners agree to maintain behaviour that upholds the integrity and safety of the league.
Participation may also require compliance with any applicable codes of conduct, medical clearance requirements, or registration conditions set by FIDA or AFL Victoria. FIDA reserves the right to update or amend participation terms at any time to reflect organisational or legal requirements.

While FIDA takes every reasonable measure to ensure participant safety and operational reliability, participation in sporting and community activities involves inherent risks.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, FIDA disclaims all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in its programs or the use of its website and online services.
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety, including any health conditions, and are encouraged to obtain appropriate medical and insurance advice prior to participating in FIDA programs.
